The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has arrested two people for a homicide in Rush County.
The body of 61-year-old Leslie Randa was found in his home in LaCrosse on January 21st. The Rush County Sheriff’s Office contacted the KBI for assistance and agents began looking for Randa’s vehicle, which was missing. The case was determined to be a homicide, and two suspects were arrested Friday in Hutchinson.
A 58-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman, both from Great Bend, have been booked into jail. The woman was booked on a first degree murder charge and the man was booked for several felonies related to the murder.
Randa’s missing vehicle was found by investigators.
The Kansas Attorney General’s Office is expected to prosecute the case.
