Traveling 9/11 exhibit open in Wichita

A traveling 9/11 exhibit is now on display in Wichita.

The 20-year anniversary exhibit, presented by Honor 365, is on display at the Kansas Firefighter’s Museum, at 1300 S. Broadway. This is at Lincoln Park.

This exhibit features a replica of the World Trade Center Plaza before the attack, built by Daan Van Der Steijn, from the Netherlands. This will be at the museum until June 11, before being sent to Oklahoma City. After making its way across the country, this exhibit will head to New York on September 11.

Along with the 9/11 exhibit, there is also an Honor Walk happening Saturday, May 29, at 10 a.m. This will also be at the Kansas Firefighter’s Museum. For more details on the exhibit and its creator, follow the link below.
