In a letter Tuesday to the Shocker Community, interim Executive Vice President Shirley Lefever said that Wichita State University has begun planning a return to in-person classes, on-campus research, events, activities, and community engagement for the Fall 2021 semester.
Details of the plan so far were exceedingly limited, with the Lefever asking for patience and flexibility. Alluding to the events of 2020, she said that even the best-laid plans and intentions offer no guarantee of certainty.
She added that Counseling and Prevention Services are available to students via telephone or Zoom. Employees can seek mental health resources as well through the Employee Assistance Program.
