The Kansas Bureau of Investigation and Greenwood County sheriff’s deputies have taken a fourth person into custody in connection with the murder of a Eureka man.
A 34-year-old El Dorado man was arrested Thursday on felony murder, burglary and theft charges, and he’s being held in the Butler County jail.
The others taken into custody are a 30-year-old Dighton man, a 25-year-old man from El Dorado and a 17-year-old boy from El Dorado. They are also being held on felony murder, burglary and theft charges.
The four are suspects in the death of 78-year-old Danny Shue, who was found dead in his home in Eureka on August 19th. The Greenwood County Attorney is expected to prosecute the case.
